Rate Program
National Commercial handles first placement business-to-business domestic and international delinquent accounts. We collect on a contingency fee basis and do not charge up front fees or sign up charges for our services. We only charge a fee if we are successful in collecting money for you. If we do not collect your account/s NO fee will be charged.

Standard Claims (aged no more than 150 days)
· (18%) Accounts $ 50,000 Dollars or more
· (20%) Accounts $ 25,000.00 to $ 49,999.99 Dollars or more
· (25%) Accounts $ 5,000.00 Dollars to $ 24,999.99
· (30%) Accounts $ 500 Dollars to $ 4,999.99
· (50%) Accounts under $ 500
* All accounts placed aged more than 150 days are collected at a negotiated rate.
Legal Forwarding
Should your account/s require litigation to collect, or we feel the debtor will only respond to a collection attorney in the same location as the debtor, we would seek your authorization to place the claim with a bonded attorney within the jurisdiction of the debtor company. Our fee will then increase to the legal forwarding rate of 35%. This fee is also on a contingency basis. We have access to collection attorneys all across the USA and most foreign countries. When a claim forwarded for legal action, the next contact to the debtor will be from one the selected attorney
Clients are responsible for the filing fees and court cost associated with your case should litigation become necessary.( None of these cost be incurred without your prior authority)
International Claims
For debt collection outside of the USA, we strive to keep our rates as low as possible, however International accounts simply cost more money to get collected. Rates will vary depending on location and size of claim. Please contact us to have us design a rate program to suit your needs.

· Claims against individuals (except personal guatantors)
· Claims over 2 years of age
